- Commerce Tech Audit: $5,000. Two-week, read-only audit of store speed, conversion path, app stack and costs, tracking accuracy, email and retention flows, and integrations. Delivers a written report, a ranked fix list with effort and cost, an app and cost map, and a recorded walkthrough. Credited in full toward a Fractional CTO engagement started within 60 days.
- Monthly CRO: Core: $2,500 a month, 3-month minimum. Each month: one shopper video round (10 videos), session recording and funnel review, two tests or fixes built and shipped, and a written monthly report. Three-month minimum, then month to month. Testing tool fees, if needed, are billed at cost.
- Monthly CRO: Growth: $4,500 a month, 3-month minimum. - Security Compliance Readiness Assessment: $5,000. Two-week gap assessment against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and ISO 27001 Annex A: what is already in place, what is missing, a ranked fix plan with effort, a realistic timeline and budget to audit-ready, and a shortlist of auditors. Credited in full toward SOC 2 or ISO 27001 Compliance Prep started within 60 days.
- SOC 2 Compliance Prep: $18,000. Audit-ready SOC 2 program for one product and up to about 50 people: scoping and Trust Services Criteria selection, risk assessment, a full policy set, controls configured in your cloud, identity, code, and HR tools, an evidence system you own, auditor selection, and support through the Type I audit and the start of the Type II observation window. About 8 to 12 weeks. Auditor fees are separate and paid to the auditor.
- ISO 27001 Compliance Prep: $22,000. Certification-ready ISO 27001 information security management system for one organization of up to about 50 people: ISMS scope, risk assessment and treatment plan, Statement of Applicability, policies, Annex A controls, internal audit, management review, certification body selection, and support through the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. About 10 to 14 weeks. Certification body fees are separate.
- ISO 27001 Compliance Prep (after SOC 2 with us): $12,000. ISO 27001 prep for clients whose SOC 2 program we built: the ISMS layer (scope, risk treatment, Statement of Applicability, internal audit, management review) on top of the controls already in place, plus certification body selection and Stage 1 and Stage 2 support. - BCDR Plan: $7,500. Business continuity and disaster recovery plan in about three weeks: business impact analysis, recovery time and recovery point targets for every system, a backup inventory, step-by-step recovery runbooks, an incident communication plan, and one tabletop exercise with your team.
- BCDR Plan & Build: from $15,000. The BCDR plan plus the build: backups set up and monitored for servers, databases, store data, and SaaS tools, tested restores, failover where it is worth it, and a written restore test log. Starting price; final price depends on the systems in scope.
