Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

These terms govern your use of brokehold.com, operated by Broke Hold LLC, and your purchase of digital products from it. By using the site you agree to them.

Services

Broke Hold provides web and mobile app development, SaaS and API development, digital marketing, IT and infrastructure, and related services. Scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for client work are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Digital products

Playbooks, templates, and toolkits sold on this site are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials within your own business or for your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files or substantial portions of them. Download links are personal to you and may expire; email us if you need a new one.

Use of the website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms, or scrape the site with automated tools.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and digital products belong to Broke Hold LLC. Ownership of client work product follows the terms of the signed client agreement.

Confidentiality

We keep non-public client information confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers

The site and digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Playbooks describe methods that have worked for us; results depend on how they are applied and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broke Hold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
