Our work

Work we run today, not just work we pitch

We are in the seat at Shopify brands right now, and we build and operate our own software. Client names stay confidential, so here is the work itself.

Fractional CTO for a Shopify golf brand

Golf equipment and apparel · Shopify

We own this brand’s technology and web: the Shopify store, its theme and apps, the integrations, and the data plumbing that ties them together.

The first thing we did was a full diagnostic. Two findings stood out: the add-to-cart rate was weak, and the email platform was connected but driving almost no sessions. That made email flows the highest-value fix, ahead of anything to do with ads.

We also connected the store, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads to an AI workspace we set up and maintain, so performance and email questions get answered from live data instead of manual exports.

Technology partner for a DTC accessories brand

Direct-to-consumer accessories · Shopify

For a direct-to-consumer accessories brand, we run the Shopify store’s technology: the storefront, apps, integrations, and reporting.

We connected the store, ad accounts, email, inventory, and Google Shopping feed to one analytics dashboard with a daily health score and a weekly AI briefing. The owner sees what changed and what to do next without pulling a single report.

The same setup watches the Google Shopping feed, so disapproved products get flagged and fixed instead of quietly dropping out of Shopping ads, and a drop in conversions shows up in the weekly briefing instead of at the end of the month.
