How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver products you purchase, provide services, send project updates and receipts, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. If you buy a product, we may email you about updates to that product. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business under confidentiality obligations, including Stripe (payments), our web host, and our email delivery provider, and when required by law.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses essential cookies needed for it to function and for checkout security. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the checkout page is hosted by Stripe, each under its own privacy policy. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiries are kept for up to two years. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Analytics, advertising, and follow-up emails

Analytics and advertising. We may use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, the Reddit pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors use this site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions like form submissions or purchases. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, adjust ad preferences in your Meta, Reddit, or LinkedIn account, or block cookies in your browser.

Free tools. When you use the Scorecard, the Approval Checklist, or the AI Readiness Check, we keep the details you enter and your results. The AI Readiness Check reads only public pages of the store address you provide.

Follow-up emails. After you use a free tool we send your results and up to four follow-up emails over about two weeks. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply with “unsubscribe” or email contact@brokehold.com.

Customer records. Inquiries, free-tool results, and purchases are stored in our own self-hosted customer relationship management system so we can respond and keep track of our work with you. We do not sell your information.
